The Great Gatsby

The Great Gatsby shows the very best and worst in people. Gatsby has been faithful to daisy but he pushes that to a fault. Tom is the strong husband who wants everything to himself. Nick seems to be the person who wants to help, like me.
Nick goes to New York and spends some time with Tom at first. He has that personality that doesn't want to hurt. This is how I try to live around my fiends. I saw that Nick wanted to help Gatsby, just as I try to help my friends. It was very tough for Nick when Tom becomes more possessive about Daisy.
Many books have characters we can all relate to. They have the same problems as we do, but we can look at what the characters did and try to learn from that. Nick wanted to help Gatsby, but helped him to his death

    I love your statements about the characters and their roles in the novel. It's clear how these roles are played in the lives of people we know. However, this is very short! You need quotes to support your ideas and allow you to expand on the meaning in both the novel and your life.
